Because BugzillaSource has such a high level of expertise in Bugzilla, we are able to complete Bugzilla projects in significantly less time than expected, with higher-quality results.
As a result, we usually charge a flat-rate project cost for Bugzilla work, estimated after a precise Requirements process. We believe this allows the client to better plan for a budget, and to pay for exactly what they know the final product is worth.
We also offer hourly retainer packages for Bugzilla support and training.

For non-Bugzilla services, our rates vary by the type of service provided and how long we think the project will take.
Usually, we charge based on the complexity and value of a project, instead of just by the hour. We believe that people are paying for a result, not just for hours worked.
